HELP! I CAN'T LOG IN
There are a few reasons why you might be unable to log in. The first thing to check is that you are logged in with the correct email address. Check your welcome email to see which email address you registered with. If you suspect you have more than one account, please see the 'HELP, I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS' question below. The second reason you might not be unable to log in is that your subscription is inactive, in other words you cancelled or a payment has failed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team can help. If you have checked these, please delete your cookies and browser history as we are updating the site regularly and your browser may have saved an old version. If all these fail, email the awesome help team at email@example.com and we sort you out as fast as we can.
HELP, I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS!
If you think you have more than one login with us (which may mean you have different courses under different logins) then simply email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will merge your logins and move all your courses into the same place.
WHERE ARE MY CLASSES?
Once you are logged into the Business Training Portal From The Girls Mean Business™, you will be taken to the home page, where you will see the badges for the programmes you have purchased. Alternatively you can find your courses if you click on 'my dashboard'. If any of the courses you have purchased are missing from your dashboard, please email email@example.com and we will look into it as soon as we can for you.
AM I BEING CHARGED V.A.T?
Yes, if you are in the UK as we have to charge VAT to UK businesses by law. We include 20% VAT on all UK purchases - if you are VAT registered you can claim this back. Our VAT number is 168 555 764 and our registered address is Serious Businesswomen Ltd, PO Box 347, Darlington DL9 1QH
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DETAILS?
Click on the circle next to your name in the top right hand corner, go to my account, here you can change your name, email address, password, add an image. You can also view your subscriptions and order details. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other issues and we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY AWESOME STARS?
Don't worry, you haven't lost them, however the new portal doesn't support them so you will no longer be able to earn them or spend them. More information coming soon.
